Yo-ChiOne Million Views for Yo-Chi's First Night in America
Before Yo-Chi's first U.S. doors ever opened to the public, Dallas was already tasting it. We put the city's creators in the building early, from private first looks to a soft opening that filled the Lovers Lane venue two nights ahead of the ribbon, and the posts started rolling before opening day.
Influencer Sourcing / Creator Invites / RSVP + Check-In / Custom Creator Brief
Impact by the NumbersThe goal was to put Yo-Chi in front of the people Dallas trusts and let them share it in their own words. It worked: the grand opening held a line of 50 or more people through the entire two-day weekend, and over 5,000 guests were served.

What we deliveredThe list, the room and the story
A soft opening only works if the right people show up, the room never slams, and everyone walks out knowing what to say. We built all three.
The guest list
113 creators, sourced and vetted
- Dallas food and lifestyle creators from neighborhood reviewers to macro accounts near 500K followers, a near-even split of TikTok-first and Instagram-first.
- Every RSVP approved by hand, so the room was curated, not just full.
- The list filled in six days. Invites went out September 25; by the night of October 1 every arrival window was booked.
- Five more creators got private previews, coordinated one on one before the night, and two of those posts cleared 98K and 201K views.
The run of show
Four hours, eight waves, no crush
- Timed arrivals every 30 minutes from 5pm to 9pm, so the venue stayed lively all night without ever overwhelming the topping bar.
- QR check-in at the door against the approved list.
- Full from the first wave to the last. Four hours of steady traffic, no line out the door, no dead room, so every frame filmed that night looked like opening night.
The brief
One page that gave every creator the story
- The story: Melbourne-born, a cult following in Australia, and Dallas got the first U.S. location. "Dallas got first dibs."
- The details creators actually used: the lingo (venue, not store), the 40+ toppings, the hot bar, the Dallas-only chocolate cowboy hat, the Chi Club app.
- Written in Yo-Chi’s voice, not ours. We studied the brand’s guidelines and tone and matched them across every invite, asset and the brief itself.
- The ask, kept light: tag @iloveyochi.us and @iloveyochi_us if you share. No posting requirement, so everything that ran was organic.
The roomSome of Dallas's most notable creators, confirmed and in the building

From the Yo-Chi teamIn their words
"Partnering with 101Media was one of the best decisions we made for our Dallas launch! They know the Dallas influencer and creator scene inside and out, and they were SO organized from start to finish. That made things easy for our team and gave our influencers a seamless experience too. They filled our influencer event, and the impact was instant. Yo-Chi was everywhere, and you literally couldn’t get online without seeing us! Everyone in Dallas was talking about the brand, and it helped us have our most successful international opening yet. 101Media didn’t just run a campaign, they were a true partner in launching Yo-Chi in a new market, and I’d recommend them in a heartbeat!"
